Banks are not lending and everyone is trying to understand why. What are the other options out there to get cash out of your real estate properties?
to answer your last question: i'm not.i used to buy, remodel and sell --what's new, right?-- before the bobble. at that time my credit was good and banks were lending, but now i'm trying to get back in the same business and i am looking for a money partner to back me up. is that what you do?

Yep, we can provide the cash backing to other investors who bring solid opportunities to our group. Whenever we get cash-heavy we partner up with other investors so our investors’ money is not sitting on the sidelines.
Honestly though, It's been hard for people to present a deal to us that'll beat the margins we're already making for the group.
We do have a few sources for funding that we know about that are lending like the old days (almost). Private message me if you're interested…

Banks are lending right now. We are closing tons of residential mortgages for qualified applicants.
